There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel surprised us with chocolates and wine for our wedding anniversary. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The welcoming team member during check-in was particularly friendly. The hotel had efficient heating/air conditioning and the rooms were large and comfortable.

There was an unexpected £100 deposit upon arrival. It was half of my spending money for my birthday trip, and clear communication about this would have been appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located next to the beautiful harbour. The restaurant impressed us with their delicious vegan cooked breakfast and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the marina. The spa treatment was amazing, with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff, the convenient location, and the excellent hotel facilities. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcome. The hotel is easily accessible from the train station and is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, offering a range of amenities such as a spa, a restaurant, and comfortable suites with climate control.

The room we stayed in had a balcony with a amazing view of the city. It was very nice to wake up to such a fine sight every morning. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the main road and beautiful harbor views. The food at the terrace was delicious, and we enjoyed dining there. The level of service we received was really good, especially when there was a mix-up with our room. The staff were very good too rectify the situation, offering us a complimentary upgrade, refund, and even a bottle of champagne. The management team and the spa staff, in particular, made sure that my mom had a special Mother's Day experience. I had a wonderful stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic experience at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. The event team, Daniel and Ksenia, were helpful in organizing our Sales Kick Off and had great suggestions. Fernando took great care of us during the day and made sure everything was perfectly set up. The Bridges Suite had fine views and the three-course meal was delicious. Nemr and Angela provided excellent service throughout the evening. The food we had all day was great. The customer service was really good, and I couldn't fault the hotel.

We had an excellent stay at this luxury hotel and all our exclusive needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was a great escape, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and sun loungers. the buffet breakfast had a wide range of tasty options, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to relax with a drink.

The only minor issue was that the room service took longer than expected. the exclusivity of the private facilities such as the swimming pool made up for it.

The hotel is conveniently close to an underground station, making it easy to travel into central London. Taxis to popular areas like Kings Road and Kensington are readily available. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and a good size. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including delicious eggs benedict and fresh smoothies. Guests can also enjoy a fantastic view overlooking the marina.

The hotel is a little out of the way and may not have many good restaurants or shops nearby.

We had difficulty finding available car parking spaces on-site, which could be a hassle arriving by car.
